Callie Littlefield

Callie Littlefield began her career in the oil and gas industry in 2005 and has worked exclusively with small business start-ups. She has served in various roles throughout the years, from receptionist, to project manager, to controller. She firmly believes that every person involved in a company is valuable and is to be treated with equal respect.

Callie LittlefieldWhile in college she interned with an oil and gas transportation company. Within two years of graduation, she was promoted to Controller and assumed full accounting responsibilities. The business eventually grew to include an oil and gas marketing division, and marketing became her passion. Callie put together a team of support staff to help with data entry and station logs, while she assumed complete responsibility for both the first-purchase invoices as well as the buy/sell agreements. She worked exclusively with both operators and purchasers to ensure proper pricing and volumes were reflected on monthly run statements and invoices.

She also has experience working with an EPCM firm to provide professional services to oil and gas operators. In this role she performed many accounting duties, including: payroll, day to day transactions, bank reconciliations, contract reviews for pricing, and accounts payable and receivable functions. The most rewarding achievement with this group was helping implement the switch from QuickBooks to a more robust ERP system.

In an effort to provide bookkeeping services to small businesses who did not require a full-time accountant, Callie started Littlefield Management in 2013. She has maintained this business while also being employed by other companies, and while being a full-time mom. She has specialized in taking over the books for existing companies and auditing prior year financials to ensure proper accounting has taken place and that tax deductions haven’t been overlooked.

Like her husband and brother-in-law, she too graduated with a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
